Staff : cik ke puan?
Aku: cik (sambil tersenyum)
Staff: ok cik maslina (kena isi borang k) carta menunjukkan tulang dalam keadaan sederhana. Cik belum kawin, sepatutnya kekuatan tulang kat bahagian hijau menandakan tulang cik sihat. cik dikira ada risiko sakit tulang bila umur meningkat.
Aku tersengih je la dengar. Nak buat ape lagi?
Staff: Cik minum susu jenama apa?
Aku: x minum susu. (sambil tersenyum lagi)
Staff: ok. Saya sarankan cik minum susu anlene regular atau anlene coklat. Dalam usia cik, boleh lagi bina tulang supaya jadi kuat dan sihat. Amalkan minum susu 2 gelas sehari.
Aku angguk2, senyum2.
Staff: Adik ada amalkan minum minuman kafein? Kopi atau Nescafe?
Aku: xda (geleng2 kepala)
Staff: ada minum air bergas?
Aku: xde (senyum2)
Staff: Bagus. Amalkan minum susu 2 gelas sehari, pagi dan malam, banyakkan bersenam dan sentiasa buat pemeriksaan tulang ye dik. Sekurang-kurangnye sekali setahun. Ok.. itu saja
Aku: ok, terima kasih.
Haha! Balik umah aku kene bebel ngan mak pulak! Suruh minum susu xnak minum. Jaga tulang tu. nak guna sampai tua. Wawawa! Sampai hari ni pun mak bising.huhu.. itulah mak yang sayangkan anak. Hehe.. Aku kena displinkan diri aka paksa diri minum susu la nampaknya. Nak sihat maa.
